We are building a high-performance remote workforce and are seeking an experienced HR Manager to help strengthen our people operations, hiring systems, compliance standards, and company culture.

Position Overview

The HR Manager will play a key leadership role in attracting top talent, supporting employee performance, ensuring professional standards, and building scalable HR processes for a growing multi-department organization.

This role is ideal for a professional who can combine strong people skills with operational discipline, confidentiality, and strategic thinking.

Job Description

  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Status: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Work Model: Remote
  • Department: Human Resources
  • Reports to: Executive Leadership / Operations Manager
  • Shifts (Indian Standard Time):
    • Monday–Friday: 5:00 pm – 2:00 am
  • Fully remote position with strict confidentiality, security, and professionalism standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HR, recruitment, or people operations experience.
  • Experience managing remote teams or distributed staff.
  • Strong hiring and interviewing capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with leadership in a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred

  • HR experience in IT, technology, consulting, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with overseas hiring and contractor management.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, or productivity systems.
  • HR certification or related education.
Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead recruitment for technical and administrative roles across multiple departments.
  • Build screening systems, interview processes, and hiring scorecards.
  • Source high-quality domestic and overseas candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and probation processes.

People Operations

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, scheduling coordination, and policy compliance.
  • Support payroll coordination with bookkeeping functions.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes from hiring to offboarding.

Culture & Performance

  • Help build a high-accountability, high-respect workplace culture.
  • Implement performance review systems and coaching frameworks.
  • Resolve employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Promote engagement, retention, and team morale.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure employment practices align with applicable labour standards and internal policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and documentation where required.
  • Strengthen HR controls for a remote workforce environment.
